QUALITY AND SERVICE POLICY
At Kuna, we are committed to offering the highest quality products, made with natural alpaca, vicuña and guanaco fibers. To ensure customer satisfaction, our quality and service policy covers the following aspects:
Flat Accessories
Running Threads:

Up to three pulled threads on flat fittings may be sent for repair within the first two years from the date of purchase, provided care and washing instructions have been followed.

Confections
Unstitching of Seams:

Within the first year, any garment with unstitched seams will be automatically replaced.

Starting from the first year, in-plant repair is offered.

Hair Shedding:
-

Confections with hair shedding within the first 6 months will be replaced.

After six months, the garments will be sent to the factory for an inspection and a quality report.

Pilling:
-

Confections that show pilling within the first 6 months will be automatically replaced.

After 6 months, the garments will be sent to the factory to improve their presentation.

Knitwear
Unstitching of Seams:

Knitted garments that show unstitched seams within the first year will be automatically replaced.

For the second year, the repair will be carried out in the plant.

Pilling:

Knitted garments with pilling are accepted, except in the following cases:

Incorrectly washed clothes

Garments with holes not caused by the quality of the material

Running Thread:
-
-
Up to three pulled threads will be sent to the factory for repair.

Moth Holes:
-
-
Knitted garments with up to three moth holes in the first two years (maximum 3 cm x 3 cm) will be repaired in the factory.

Exclusions
Damage due to misuse, stains, or natural wear and tear outside of the stated coverage period will not be covered.
