INCALPACA TPX SA is a company legally incorporated and registered in Peru with RUC No. 20100226813 and registered office at Calle Cóndor No. 100, Urb. Tahuaycani, Sachaca District, Province and Department of Arequipa; which values ​​and respects the privacy of its customers.
The processing of personal information collected through the Platform is the responsibility of the Company, and is subject to Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law – and other applicable rules or regulations. The purposes for which this data will be used are limited to the processing of purchase orders and communication with the Client, so that their concerns can be promptly addressed or information regarding the brand that may be of interest to them can be provided.


INFORMATION COLLECTED ONLINE
Data collected by automatic means
Information collected online includes information collected automatically and information of a personal nature entered manually by the customer.
The data collected automatically during the use of the Platform will be used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information and checking the correct functioning of the online store. Some of these include, for example, the pages that the customer views on the website, information about the type of browser, the customer's IP address, among others.

Cookies
KUNA's online store uses Google Analytics, a tool that uses temporary files created on each browsing device – called "cookies" – to store information for different purposes. These include knowing the Customer's purchasing preferences – such as the categories and products recently viewed – and storing the products that the Customer wishes to purchase in the shopping bag.

Personal data provided by the client
The Client must register his/her personal data – if he/she has not previously created an account – in order to execute his/her Purchase Order. The personal information that must be entered in the registration includes his/her first and last name, National Identity Document (DNI)/Foreigner's Card (CE)/Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC), gender, date of birth, telephone number, address, district, province and department. These fields may vary depending on the country where the Client resides.
Likewise, depending on the payment method selected, data such as credit card number, expiration date and verification code may be collected.

Use of information collected online
The collection of information through the Platform has three main objectives:

  • Process and properly validate the Purchase Order.
  • Establish timely communication with the Client to provide the necessary support in the event of any eventuality.
  • Keep you updated on products, services, campaigns, offers or other marketing actions carried out by the brand.
Transmission of information
In order to provide the customer with a secure purchasing process, the Company has an agreement with an external online payment service provider.
The data provided by the client will be shared with the provider for the exclusive purposes of providing the service, which include payment processing and transaction validation through an anti-fraud system, in order to minimize the risk of identity theft of cardholders.
By making a payment using the “Credit Card Payment” option, the customer authorizes the confidential processing of the information by the provider. Personal, credit card and purchase data travel encrypted on the network, thus remaining protected.

Customer Rights
By registering their personal data on the Platform, the Customer expressly grants their consent to the Company for this data to be used for the purposes described in this policy. This information may be edited in order to correctly process future purchase orders.
The customer, if he so wishes, may stop receiving emails with marketing content from the brand. To do so, he must contact e-kuna@incalpaca.com. Messages regarding the use of the account and/or other administrative notifications may be dispensed with as long as the account is deleted, for which the customer must communicate this decision by email.

Privacy Policy Update
The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. However, changes will be made based on the provisions of applicable legislation and ensuring, above all, the protection of personal data and customer satisfaction.
