At KUNA, art is a fundamental pillar, a constant source of inspiration that drives us to explore new forms of expression. With this essence, KUNA embarked on a creative journey alongside artist Kristie Arias and our creative designer Jhon Esquivel, uniting art, technology, and KUNA's ancestral knowledge in the work of natural fibers.
This creative dialogue between two Peruvian artists transformed textile tradition into a contemporary language. Inspired by the land, memory, and material, they fused their styles to create a unique piece: a woven mural that now resides in the ceremonial hall of the new
Jorge Chávez International Airport terminal.
This work is the result of a fusion of technology and manual skill, where the electronic jacquard-woven collage intertwines with the hand-woven frame. Thus, KUNA brings to life a visual narrative where each thread represents a trace of identity, reaffirming our commitment to preserving and reinventing Peruvian textile art.

Each piece of embroidery is made with the utmost care, respecting the quality of the vicuña fibers.
